Step 2

Email us at returns@sareenet.com or call at 800-315-9173 to obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorizations) number. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without a valid issued RMA number . For fastest service, please email our returns department at returns@sareenet.com.

NOTE: Newly issued RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.

Step 3

Prepare package with completed Return-Exchange form (Including valid RMA number).All returns or exchanges must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags and inserts. Any items missing or with damage to the original package may be refused or may be subject to a 20% penalty fee.

NOTE: We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged or customized. No returns or exchanges on special order item(s). No exceptions.

Step 4

Ship all returns and exchanges using a traceable shipping method.

NOTE: The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost return packages. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages. please allow up to 1-2 weeks for processing.

  • What can I return?

    You can return all brand new items to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, and inserts. Any items missing or with damage to the original box may be refused or may be subject to a 20% penalty fee. We will NOT accept items returned back to us unless they are returned with the original packaging.

  • Can I return a stitched or customized item?

    Unfortunately, we can NOT take back any returns on items that were stitched, altered or customized by us or by you.

    NOTE: You waive your right to return any item(s) that were stitched, altered or customized when you complete your purchase. No exceptions.

  • How long do I have to return an item?

    A full 31 days of receipt of the item (Limited time offer). We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow our 4 step easy return and exchange process to the left to send us back the items.

  • How do I download a Return & Exchange form?

  • How do I obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number?

  • How long before I receive my refund?

    After we receive your package and inspect the items to make sure everything is intact, you will receive an email confirming your complete credit. Credit will be issued in 5 to 7 business days. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit.

  • What is your exchange policy?

    We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept exchanges on merchandise purchased from us. If you're not completely satisfied, simply return your undamaged item(s) and exchange it for something else within 31 days of receipt of the item.

  • How do I make changes or cancel my order?

    Please verify your order confirmation immediately upon receipt to verify the details of your order. You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order is NOT in processing or has been shipped. We strongly suggest you speak with a customer care representative at (800) 315-9173 as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges. If an order is in processing or has been shipped, no changes can be made and you must review our return policy or exchange policy.

  • What if I received my order but item is damaged?

    Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there is any damage, please call our customer-care department at (800) 315-9173 at your earliest convenience, but no later than 48 hours after the package was delivered. Keep the original box, packaging materials. We suggest that you email us a digital photograph of the damaged box and/or items. A customer-care specialist will help you file a claim with the shipping provider if needed.

    PLEASE NOTE: Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. NO exceptions!

  • What if I received the wrong item?

    If you received the wrong item please contact our customer-care department at (800) 315-9173 no later than 48 hours. Please ship the item back to us in its original condition. Once we have receipt the wrong item(s), we will send you the right item at our expense. And we will also credit you the reshipping fee that you incurred. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.

    PLEASE NOTE: We will check the item returned to us against your order number. If it is the wrong item, all reshipping charges will be at our expense.
